Revision Policy

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package. You may request as many revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met, provided that the original design concept is not changed. You will receive your revised design within 48 hours.

Any changes or revisions requested after the mobile designs have been finalized will be treated as a new order and charged separately.

  • Every revision or design change will be delivered within 24 hours.
  • Any revision or change to the design or other stages of your project that completely differs from the initial requirements submitted will not be considered a revision and may be charged accordingly.

Refund Policy

Elite Digital Consultants’ refund policy will be considered void if:

  • You have chosen a special package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • You have requested revisions.
  • The cancellation is made for reasons unrelated to the company.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than two weeks regarding the project.
  • The company’s policies have been violated.
  • Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks the required information.
  • A complete design change has been requested.
  • The claim has exceeded the specified refund-request period.
  • The business is closing, changing its name, or changing its business activities.
  • Reasons such as a change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or other matters unrelated to the service will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will apply only to that specific service and not to the entire bundle.
  • The client will not be entitled to a refund after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Services including, but not limited to, social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • For website projects, refunds will not be provided once the client has approved the design and the website has been sent for development.

Note: Elite Digital Consultants reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract whenever it deems necessary. After receiving a refund, you will have no right to use the designs for any purpose. All designs will remain the sole property of Elite Digital Consultants, and the company will be their rightful owner.

Claim Your Refund

To claim your refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send your refund request by email to info@elitedigitalconsultants.com.
  • Once we receive your refund request, we will respond as soon as possible.
  • After the required analysis has been completed, we will initiate the refund process.

After receiving your refund, you will have no rights to any designs submitted by Elite Digital Consultants. The relevant information may be submitted to the appropriate government copyright agencies to maintain legal compliance.
